Together, we can encourage the next generation of female leaders in the law. Girls often look to the women in their lives for cues about how to think and act. When we speak confidently, take risks, and own our accomplishments, we set positive examples for girls to follow. There are countless opportunities every day to help girls gain the confidence and skills they need to lean in and take the lead.

In law firms and legal teams, women also need mentors to support their career, acknowledge their achievements and guide them to the next level in their professional life as a lawyer.

We are working on a mentoring programme where women lawyers can become role models for girls and where men or women can become mentors for working women lawyers. Watch this space for future details or contact us to express your interest.
