Charlotte Heiss

Charlotte joined RSA in February 2010 as Legal Counsel becoming Head of Group Legal in October 2011. Charlotte was appointed Group Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary and joined the Group Executive in March 2016. She is responsible for the Global Legal and Company Secretarial teams.
